Art de l’Anglage limits data collection to what is necessary: no user account, no client portal and no form submitted to a website database.
Data controller
Art de l’Anglage, Alexandra Schmitz’s workshop in Les Brenets, is responsible for personal information sent directly to the workshop. Contact: alexandraschmitz@artdelanglage.com.
Contact form
The form builds an email and opens the user’s email application. Information entered is neither sent nor stored by the website itself. Processing begins only when the user actually sends the email.
Information received by email or phone
Contact details and information supplied are used to reply, qualify the project and prepare a possible contractual relationship. Alexandra replies personally. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Recipients and retention
Messages are accessible to Alexandra and, where required to provide the service, to technical email or hosting providers. They are retained for the time needed to handle the enquiry, manage any contractual relationship and meet applicable legal duties, then deleted or kept in a limited archive.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the website includes no third-party analytics and its own code sets no functional cookies. The hosting provider may retain technical logs required for service security and operation.
Media and external links
Videos are hosted locally. Links to press websites, ARC HORLOGER or other third parties transmit data to those services only when the user chooses to open them.
