Content

What is worked on.

Foundations

Vocabulary, geometry, materials, light and workstation setup.

Hand technique

Files, buffs, supports, pressure, path and surface preparation.

Micromotor

Controlled machining, consistency and relation to hand finishing.

Complex areas

Internal and external corners, transitions and corrections.

Inspection

Read width, edge, reflection and surrounding finishes.

Autonomy

Plan, execute, review and document work with progressively less guidance.

Progression

A path with clear stages.

Start

Establish visual criteria, posture, supports and tool control.

Develop

Increase geometric and surface difficulty while keeping inspection constant.

Consolidate

Work on corrections, transitions and repeatability across real components.

Conclude

Review the documented path and the level actually reached.

Important: No duration guarantees a professional level, employment or a uniform result. Progress depends on the starting point, aptitude, practice and work between corrections.
Related evidence: the 100-hour books show different starting points, stages and documented limits. View the complete paths.

Questions before the programme

One hundred hours provide a framework, not an automatic guarantee.

Do I already need bevelling experience?

No. The programme can suit a committed beginner, a career changer or a professional. The prior conversation helps establish the right pace.

What does “progressive autonomy” mean?

Preparing, executing, observing and correcting with guidance that decreases as the criteria become more stable. The level reached remains individual.

Does the programme guarantee employment or a professional level?

No. It aims for a complete method and documented progression. Employment, recruitment and a uniform result are never guaranteed.
