- Function of the page
- To set out the framework for using the site, the presentation of the services and the general rules applicable to the relationship with the workshop.
The purpose of the site is to present the workshop, the training formats, the interventions dedicated to
professionals, teams, companies and manufactures, testimonials, contact information,
as well as the general booking terms.
The site enables contact to be made and the preparation of a registration, but it does not in itself
constitute an automated ordering system. The exact framework applicable to a service depends on the format concerned
and on the elements confirmed between the workshop and the participant or the company.
04
Presentation of the services and scope of the information
The site presents, in particular, in-person training formats in Les Brenets, Switzerland, including
6-hour, 40-hour and 100-hour formats, as well as support services intended for professionals, teams,
companies or manufactures.
These formats are distinct. Their presentation is intended to help the user identify the framework suited to their needs;
it does not imply either automatic progression from one format to another, or a uniform result for all profiles.
The information published on the site — descriptions, learning objectives, durations, displayed prices, examples of
pieces or documents that may be provided — has a general presentation value. It constitutes neither an
official diploma, nor institutional recognition, nor a promise of employment, nor a guarantee of professional
progression.
When a training certificate, an attendance certificate or a letter of recommendation is issued, that document describes
participation, work carried out or an assessment expressed within the workshop’s own framework.
05
Bookings, registrations and confirmations
Requests for information, discussion or booking may be sent via the contact methods
indicated on the site, by e-mail, by telephone or through the appointment-booking tools used
by the workshop.
A request submitted from the site does not, by itself, constitute final validation of a registration.
A training course or service becomes effective after discussion and the workshop’s express confirmation,
depending on the format concerned.
For companies and manufactures, the scope of the intervention, the work objectives and the practical framework
are defined case by case, then confirmed according to the terms agreed between the parties.
06
Fees, payments, cancellation, postponement and refund
Where prices are indicated on the site, they are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF) and are intended to
present the financial framework of the services concerned. The price applicable to a booking is the one
confirmed at the time of registration or in the corresponding contractual document.
The precise financial terms, as well as any conditions relating to payment, postponement, cancellation or
refund, are communicated at the time of booking or in the document sent for the service
concerned. They may vary depending on the nature of the format, its duration, the audience concerned or the degree of preparation
already undertaken.
The purpose of this document is to clarify the general framework. It does not replace the practical details communicated
for a specific session.
07
